"Dreaming of owning your own business? Fed up of the boss taking all the credit?
Starting a business from scratch is very risky – it might seem simple, but believe me, it isn’t – I know! Looking back at when I started, I was naïve and unprepared for what lay ahead. I knew I had the ideas and the brains to make it work, but I underestimated my competition and I had a lack of understanding of the marketplace. Everything seemed to be going fine for the first 18 months, but as overheads started to rise and we got bigger, it all started to get very hard!!
Now, However the business is stable, very successful and we are growing. You can go it alone if you want to work 80 hours a week and want to devote every part of your life to work, or you can join a team. I can honestly say now with the benefit of hindsight, that I wished I had done things a little differently. Yes, I got there in the end, but I didn’t have to be that hard. Franchising gives you the freedom to own your own business and reap the rewards of your hard work, be your own boss – but with a support network and a proven formula.
My first promise to you is that nobody knows the NZ kitchen industry as well as I do. As I mentioned above, the market is far more complex than you may think, I can save you having to go through what I did. My second promise is that we have the best product in NZ. I don’t mean the boxes, that’s maybe 10% of what kitchens are all about, talk to me and I can explain.
So the rest is up to you. Moda is undoubtedly the best franchise system in the kitchen industry, are you good enough? I am looking for the best, because your success is my success, we don’t sell Moda franchises – we award them!
