Signing the job off
Once the installer has finished, he will run through a checklist with you.
Once you have signed the form, the installer will return the form to the showroom to allow moda to take the final payment of 10%.
If there are any issues, they are recorded on the form which then actions a remedial - in which case the 10% is not taken. This is paid only when the customer is totally satisfied.
