Booking a site measure

Once you have had a quote, you may have flashes of inspiration and you might want to change the design. Great! We are here to help - but there is no point spending time on something that might not be accurate in the first place. We might site measure, and then find your fantastic design doesn't work!

At moda we pride ourselves on how efficient we are. It saves time, and therefore money - so once you have decided that moda is doing the job - book the site measure!

 Tips

• We understand our customers are busy people, but we recommend you make every effort to attend the site measure. Sometimes the person measuring your kitchen will have questions about layout, or they might need to point out vital information to you. With thousands of dollars at stake, please take the time out for us to make sure we start off on the right foot.
• Make time allowances. The person measuring your kitchen my be held up in traffic, or held up on a previous job. To avoid waiting around for us, we will ask you for a contact number. You will then be contacted when the site measurer is on their way. That way we won't keep you waiting!
• The costs involved in the site measure (wages, fuel etc) are built into the cost of the kitchen - it's an overhead. However, should you choose not to go ahead with the order, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
