Finishing the installation - What to expect.

When the installation is complete, the installer will check some basic items with you with the following checklist;

form

Once the form is completed, the job is signed off and the final 10% payment is authorised.

The installer should clean up after himeself, but we need to establish what this means. There may be empty boxes and packaging left over from appliances - these are your appliances, the installer is not expected to take this away with him - you might want to keep the boxes!

There will be offcuts left over from the installation. Again, some people want to use these - you have paid for these items, the installer will not take this away.

The installer will not spend hours cleaning the kitchen. He is required to leave the area free of major dust, but the cupboards will still need a thorough clean to remove all the fine dust that is generated.

We aim to meet your expectations, so if you want us to remove any rubbish generated as mentioned above, or to provide a thorough clean - ask your rep about these services. We can organise this for you for a surcharge - but it must be specifically organised or it won't happen - remember to check your plan to see if this has been arranged.
