Once you have your design together, bench top quotes etc, and you have chosen to use Moda for your kitchen project, It is time to book a site measure.

Why do you need a site measure? Especially when your measurements were so accurate? Everybody’s tape measure is different!! Everyone measures differently too! We manufacture your kitchen, to the mm, and we take responsibility for the measurements when we install.

The installer is measuring your walls, where your windows are and how big they are, height of the kitchen, where your plumbing is, any appliances you have on site, but also whether your walls are square, flush, floors and ceiling level?
If you are working to a tight time frame, we can measure before the gib is put on. If the renovation is complicated, we may need to come back to double check a few things once the walls are finished, which may incur an extra site visit charge.

If you are just taking out the old kitchen, and replacing with new, we do ask that you have the site as clear as possible (i.e. bench tops clear) as it can be difficult to measure around your existing kitchen.
The installer may also take some photos while he is there, this is for the designers to show any obstructions or issues, but they also make great “before” shots!!

To book a site measure, we just need you to give us a call, or email us with your site address, and a couple of contact details. Also an idea of when you want the site measurement to be done i.e. date and time. The installer will call you and firm up that time with you.

The installer then gets the site measure to the designer, who will process it against your original drawing and contact you to make a time to finalize.
